What is Reiki? :
Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities. As a Reiki practitioner, I don’t cause the healing, nor am I the source of that healing energy; I am but a channel for the energy — similar to the way a garden hose acts as a channel for water.
The word “Reiki” is a combination of two Japanese words: “rei,” which means “God’s wisdom,” or “the higher power,” and “ki,” which means “life force energy.” (2)
How will our session look? :
Distance Reiki is conducted via Zoom Conference. During your session, I will be channeling life force energy into your body. I will also be checking your chakras (energy centers) for blockages. At the end of the hour, we will discuss any messages or blockages that I've found and any emotions they may have come up for you.
It is important that you enter into your session with an open mind and heart. Energy will not flow where there is not an agreement or willingness.
What to expect afterward? :
Energy work affects everyone differently. It's completely normal to cry or feel a release in spirit during or after. You may leave with an overwhelming sense of peace or mental clarity. Mental and physical illness can be reduced or removed, and you will be better able to cope with the issues causing your imbalance. When may even feel a bit lightheaded, but energized and relaxed.
